I didnt even know there were updates available for phpfusion. I do not know if the updates caused that or not. I can install the updates on my test server this weekend and see what happens though.

I ran the update on my testing server and the Site Staff panel still looks normal. I even deleted it and recreated it. If you want, you can upload a screen shot of it and we can try from there.

I can see that all of the right side panels look wide. I went ahead and went to your site as well to have an overall look at it. I noticed the Site Staff panel was not displayed and the right panels are wider than the left. Have you tried a different theme just to test with as well. I know sometimes cms software (like pn, phpnuke, phpfusion) updates can have inverse affects on modules, infusions, panels and themes. If you move the panel to the left side...is it wider than the other left side panels? Or do all of the panels on the left side widen out?

You may need to delete the panel completely and re add it.
